Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced catering associate to join our team here at Sodexo Live! on the University of Florida campus. When working with us, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service and catering experiences for our clients. Duties:
- Prepare and present a variety of food items for catering events, including banquets, weddings, University of Florida sporting events, and more!
- Set up and decorate event spaces according to client specifications
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing exceptional customer service during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and work areas
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and guests
- Experience in the food service industry, preferably in catering or banquet settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules`
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
