Sodexo Healthcare has an exciting new opportunity for a Director 2 - Commercial Finance - and are looking for individuals with a strong financial background and acumen. This position will be responsible for $50 million Budget, interfacing with client senior management, consolidation of financial results, forcasting and reporting.
This position is virtual and requires business travel as needed - up to 25%.
Duties include but not limited to developing budgets and financial statements; provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management; accountability for internal controls, risk management, SOX compliance and cash management.
This manager will interact with clients on daily basis and give guidance and to unit controllers.
Idea1 candidate will have strong knowledge, skills and abilities in these areas:
- Financials Systems and reporting
- Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel)
- Email and other communication
- Presentation skills
- Managing both a fiscal and calendar reporting system
- Essbase
- Custom report writing

Position Summary
Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization, under guidance from senior manager. Consults to determine core business costs of service in support of pricing/tariff development. Collaboratively designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures. Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department, but not customers. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or individual contributor that supervises strategic large, complex support, production or operations function. Has accountability for the performance and results of a team or complex area within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers..

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
