Unit Description:

Sodexo is seeking an Employee Experience Center of Excellence Director to support a prominent Life Sciences account. In this critical independent contributor position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing the overall employee experience for Sodexo and our client. You will lead initiatives that focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, working collaboratively with leadership, HR, FM, Hospitality, and cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

This is a remote position and will require regular travel to client sites. Candidate will be based in Northeast.


Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Strategy – Develop and implement strategies to manage organizational change effectively.
  • Communications – Promote open and transparent communication, ensuring employees are informed and engaged in the change management process.
  • Employee Engagement – Foster a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Training & Development – Create training programs to enhance employees’ skills, working across service lines.
  • Hospitality Standards – Set and maintain high standards for customer service and hospitality, aligning the employee experience with the desired level of luxury.
  • Budget Management – Manage the employee experience budget for employee initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Innovation – Stay updated on industry and emerging trends and best practices to continuously enhance the employee experience.
  • Feedback and Improvements - Analyze employee feedback, surveys, and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Data Analytics – Utilize data to measure the impact of employee experience initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sustainability and Responsibility – Incorporate sustainability and social responsibility practices into the employee experience strategy.
The ideal candidate will have.
  • Prior Workplace Experience and Facilities Management experience.
  • Prior client facing experience to build relationships and influence.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor. Must demonstrate executive presence, be comfortable interfacing C-Suite, Senior Leaders, and other VIP.
  • Ability to effectively navigate complex situations withing client and customer organization.
  • Ability to enable team culture.
  • Proficiency in creating monthly business reporting and QBR reporting.
  • Ability to travel 25-30%

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Position Summary:
Improve revenue and profit margins by ensuring the initiatives are successfully and consistently implemented and tracked across the segment. Drive operational consistency and best practices across the Segment. Provides Subject Matter Expert on “Resources” which includes labor, food, and safety.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Drive and ensure accountability of business optimization initiatives across the facilities management and food business.
  • Drive change across the organization - working at a high level to identify process gaps across the Segment by owning Operational Excellence, and driving Strategy & Lean Labor, Food, Subcontracting and Supply management initiatives outside of pure operational environments.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team, Service Operations, Supply Management, and functional teams to find opportunities to align resources and knowledge across different groups.
  • Support the business to improve and simplify existing processes and ensure capability of the new ones to drive reliability, predictability and efficiency while making the best use of available resources.
  • Managing opportunities for a robust pipeline of innovations and initiatives that achieve growth and productivity expectations.
  • Provide leadership to ensure contract compliance and management through client guarantees management & tracking, CPI management & reporting/tracking and yearly amendments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivelent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years relevant functional experience
