Corban University is a private Christian College campus on forested hillside in the beautiful Pacific Northwest – just 1 hour from the mountains OR the Oregon Coast.

The Food Services General Manager will lead strategic visioning for an innovative student dining experience, and will be responsible for the successful coordination and direction of all daily activities related to the entire dining operation - including Student Resident Dining, Food Retail concepts, and Catering!
Are you the candidate we are seeking? We are looking for that strategic Food Service Director who is excited about coming to a new account and making an impact on Student Dining!
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years of food operations management experience in a university setting or other high-volume dining
- Have a demonstrated history of successful, diverse team leadership within a food service environment, working with a well staffed team.
- Be proficient in use of on-line Food Management Systems for menu and recipe planning, ordering and inventory and financial reporting
- Demonstrate proven financial acumen and have demonstrated success managing food and labor costs and budgets
- Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations
- Be a solid leader who is perceptive and applies attention to details that make a difference in quality and presentation of food, while providing exceptional customer service

Position Summary
