If you want to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have Casual Relief Pool opportunities available for experienced Chefs working a FIFO roster across our Energy & Resources portfolio of sites within Queensland, NSW & NT.

We manage our Relief Pool at optimum numbers so that employees have ample work; the casual nature allows us flexibility to schedule you out any day of the week. Relief Pool employees have the benefit of exploring our many sites; should a Full Time opportunity role become available our Relief Pool is our first point of call to provide the opportunity.

Who are we looking for? 

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need: 

  • Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery  
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) 
  • A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness 
  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills, including knife skills, are essential 
  • Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts.
