Sodexo is seeking a full time Patient Services Manager 1 for Tampa General Hospital located in beautiful Tampa, FL. Tampa General Hospital is a licensed 1,041 bed facility. It has been nationally ranked by US News and is ranked as the 2nd overall hospital in Florida. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the diet office and programming Health Touch patient meal program to ensure compliance and improve the overall patient experience. This position will directly support 4 patient services managers.
The Patient Services Manager will:
- be a Registered Dietitian with experience in acute care setting;
- manages Diet Office and is a part of the Patient Services Team;
- 75% Patient Services/Diet Office and 25% patient experience;
- responsible for Health Touch programming;
- collaborates with Patient Services Team;
- works Management weekend rotation and manages the department;
- have excellent communication and customer service skills;
- be enthusiastic about the impact medical nutrition therapy has on patient outcomes;
- demonstrate good time management skills and be able to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently and be outcome focused.

Position Summary
Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.Key Duties- Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
- Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
- Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.
- Performs audits and prepares reports
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
