Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 of Food Service for Eckerd College located in St. Petersburg, FL.This position is going to be apart of a team who is constantly keeping up with trends and culture of beautiful St. Pete, FL. The best fit candidate will have university culinary management experience, retail managerial experience, and the ability to adapt to new surrounding easily and go with changes. Relocation assistance available.
The successful candidate will:
- lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or
-
train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo and client standards are met.

Position Summary:
Key Duties

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
