Sodexo is seeking a remote Soft Service Innovation Lead for our partner, Proctor & Gamble. A global consumer goods manufacturer. We provide a workforce and workplace services portfolio at their manufacturing and distribution locations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the Soft Services portfolio performance across NA to deliver consistency, cost management, seek innovations and technologies to drive across all segments in support of global strategies
  • Utilizes knowledge and research to drive the development of innovative technical solutions and systems to enhance existing services and create accelerated growth in the account regions
  • Manages the deployment of innovations to Soft Services Framework (SSF) technical specialists in the units
  • Serves on the account Soft Services technical expert and leverages NA Corporate Services to deliver performance
  • Maximizes relationships with 3rd party organizations to enhance Sodexo’s positioning by bringing leading-edge technologies to market
  • This position has the responsibility to educate the Subject Matter Experts across the account portfolio with up to to 25% travel

Position Summary:
Leads the Soft Services portfolio in the region to seek new innovation and technologies to drive across all segments in support of global strategies. Utilizes independent knowledge to drive the development of innovative technical solutions and systems to enhance existing services and create accelerated growth in region as requested by the segments. Manages the deployment of new innovation to Soft Services Framework (SSF) technical specialists in region. Serves on the Global SSF Team as a technical expert. Maximizes relationships with 3rd party organizations to enhance Sodexo positioning by bringing leading edge technologies to market. This position has the responsibility to educate the Subject Matter Experts on all new innovations being brought to the market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
