Thermal Processing Operator-$19.50/hour

Our starting rate for this position is $19/Hour Shift Differentials as stated below. We also pay overtime for time worked over 8 hours per day and a monthly bonus once eligible in addition to hourly pay. We are currently looking for the following shifts Thermal Processing Operators to join our busy production facility in Souderton, PA.

• Second Shift- $0.50/hour Shift Differential (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) Monday-Friday

The ideal candidates should be reliable and punctual with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. Prior manufacturing or production experience with furnace or heat treating familiarity preferred. However, we are willing to train motivated and mechanically inclined individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and change out furnace loads, plus packing all orders.
• Operating furnaces and other shop equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly work area.
• Follow shop work instructions and complete all customer labeling/packaging requirements.
• Configure settings on programmers, recorders and vacuum gauges.
• Work efficiently while ensuring company quality standards are maintained
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, organized and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Prior manufacturing or production experience with furnace or heat treating familiarity preferred
• Able to lift, bend, reach and stand on a daily basis and for period of time.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and overcome obstacles to obtain positive results.
