ABOUT THIS POSITION
With more than 1900 CSA (Community Solar Array) memberships, questions are bound to come up. When they do, our CSA Program Manager is there for our customers to answer technical and billing questions, resolve system errors, and to provide solutions to any other inquiries that come their way. As we evolve to meet our CSA member needs the CSA Program Manager will be committed to delivering the SunCommon Customer Experience: ensure easy and efficient engagement; provide above and beyond service; and help each customer recognize the value of being part of something bigger through their relationship with SunCommon.
This customer-focused function is equal parts relationship building and problem-solving – with consistent and compassionate communication via phone and email to ensure each customer is getting the most out of their solar system and/or CSA membership. Technical knowledge of solar, an understanding of net-metering rules and utility specifics, and the ability to convey this information to customers in a relatable way are at the foundation of this positions’ work.
To meet the needs of our customers and our business, the CSA Program Manager will efficiently problem-solve through effective prioritization, proactive planning and diligent attention to detail. This role requires a high level of organizational and research skills, as well as the ability to graciously handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
