POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Support Specialist will combine communication with customers and hands on-field work to repair and maintain solar energy systems. Experience with solar energy systems is required and electrical knowledge is a plus. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities include:
- Turn on newly built systems, including set-up and initiation of the data monitoring system.
- Train new customers on the operation of their solar equipment.
- Respond to customer repair and maintenance inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Track all customer service activities.
- Close out jobs in a timely manner and ensure that jobs are accurately billed.
- Plan and execute annual maintenance work for solar arrays under operations and maintenance contracts.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Solar energy experience.- Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, project management software, and customer CRM tools.
- Able to work independently and interact with all levels of personnel

Experience with data communication systems desirable.

Electrical experience desirable.
- Customer support experience desirable.
