DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess strong desire to set and achieve goals, must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must be self-driven & highly motivated, must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday (7 Hours per Day), must have reliable transportation, must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, applicants must be 18 years or older, Bilingual abilities are a plus, must have cell phone with data and internet. Because Sales Representatives are paid commission based on their individual performance, individual earnings will vary. The Average Annualized Compensation of Active Sales Representatives is the average annualized sales commission earned by all Sales Representatives who created 12 or more accounts that reached permits between 9/1/2018 and 9/30/2019.
