Position Overview
Solar Grids is looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for managing a pipeline of solar projects through out the projects life. This position will be responsible for keeping the projects on schedule to give customers and partners best quality experience possible. This includes regular meetings with assigned sales partners to effectively communicate the status of each project, working with other departments to ensure projects are staying on schedule and helping to find ways to increase project velocity through process and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Owns relationship with their assigned Sales Partners
- Driving the velocity of their pipeline of projects to completion
- Excellent and effective communication skills both internally and with customers
- Ability to detect source of problems and solve them
- Be a team player and an effective leader
- Ability to identify specific jobs from the pipeline that require escalation. Take the next steps to move these jobs forward.
- Schedule and attend meetings with Sales Partners.
- Review paperwork and work toward secure funding with 3rd party financing partners.
- Meeting with internal ESP partners to review their pipeline.
Qualifications
- Self guided

- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus of providing solutions.
- Strong technical working knowledge of office productivity software such as MS-Office suite, including advanced use of MS-Excel.
- Multi-project execution experience.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
- Solar construction experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED
