The Job/What You’ll Do:
Under general supervision, performs repairs, sanitation, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems. Performs administrative tasks throughout the day including maintenance tickets, vendor coordination and scheduling. Works directly with and takes general direction from the Facilities Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of assigned activities required to preserve/enhance the physical and functional integrity of the facility.
- Perform general maintenance projects as assigned including furniture and cubicle installations and repairs, basic sanitation, and upkeep of the facility by way of daily wipe downs.
- Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
- Responsible for stocking break rooms and supply cabinets and replenishing cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Ensuring supply of materials necessary for facilities use.
- Assist with basic cable management and equipment moves.
- Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in the common areas of the community are properly maintained and repaired.
- Responsible for coordinating with outside vendors related to building needs
- Use of MS Office Suite and corporate email systems
- Responsible for covering administrative reception duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in field, Required
- G.E.D/High School Diploma, Required
Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak.
