Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Relationship Guide for our Toppenish Branch!

Bilingual English / Spanish Required

We are changing banking by putting Members at the center of our universe .

Your purpose - As a Relationship Guide y ou practice Member Obsession at every touch point, including new member relationships.

You become an advocate for the member, putting them in solutions that provide financial relief or convenience to their situation.

You have a deep passion for going above and beyond which drives a positive experience and results in member referrals.

A Day in the life of a Relationship Guide...

Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like :

  • An energetic atmosphere where you turn basic questions into consultative interactions with members.
  • You open new accounts and take loan applications, while gaining a better understanding of the member's financial picture and refer to a mortgage specialist as needed.
  • You confidently answer an array of questions asked by members.
  • Live out Solarity core values by continuously focusing on member obsession.
  • Consistently placing members in products or services that will enhance their financial journey.
