Solar Sales Rep primary job responsibilities include:
- Work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Ability to explain solar sustainable energy
- Own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close
- Ability to generate personal leads
- Reliable transportation will be needed.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Solar Sales Rep Qualifications:
*Solar Sales Experience
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Self-motivator
- Sales driven and competitive personality

- Establish a team comradery
- Experienced at canvassing
- Ability to work Mon - Fri: 11 am to 7 pm & Saturdays - 9 am to 3 pm
Solar Sales Rep Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based earning opportunities
- Over-rides
- Monthly opportunities for bonuses, gift cards, awards, etc
Commission: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
