We are seeking an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented agent to lead our new homes division in learning to showcase our newest community and help buyers find their next dream home. Strength of character, leadership, and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience.
A Real Estate License is required for this upside commission opportunity.

Compensation:$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business and obtain monthly sales goals
- Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers
- Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent
- Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career
- Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
- Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred
- A proven track record of sales and success
