Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Solenis for a Talent Management Specialist to support the learning and development for professionals and leadership population across the business in order to drive the growth culture at Solenis.You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Review process globally, including communication preparation of executive reports, establish and track metrics for effectiveness, conduct training on the Talent Review process and lead sessions with leaders and HRBPs when needed. You will also support with Executive Leadership programs with reporting, preparing materials, assignments, presentations and overall communication. You will be responsible for support vendor management and project management for these programs as well.

 

The following will also be required for the role:

  • Prepare the system for high potential identification, succession planning, and calibration, and track the actions agreed upon in the session.
  • Prepare job aids, guides, and training materials for managers, HR Business Partners, and employees.
  • Conduct benchmarking and propose changes and improvements.
  • Manage, expand, and continuously provide suggestions to improve the tools used to assess leadership potential and capability.
  • Prepare executive reports and conduct debrief sessions with employees to discuss the results and provide guidance on development plans.
  • Support M&A projects in Organizational Design, Talent Selection, and execution.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience.

 

Experience:

  • 5 years prior experience in learning and development
  • Open to being flexible and adaptable, due to the nature of the business
  • Experience working in a team but also autonomous  
  • Need to be able to work autonomous
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent review
  • Knowledge of Assessments
  • Experience of a HRIS – Workday experience is desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft platform – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with presenting and to different levels within the organization
  • Project management experience is highly desirable
  • Global Talent Management experience is highly desirable
