Responsibilities:
- Represent Solfinity Power professionally by increasing solar awareness in nearby communities and becoming an expert on solar energy. You'll be assigned to an area of your choosing to manage homeowner's decisions to go solar
- Generate solar appointments door-to-door and have an assigned mentor come close them for you until you can do it on your own so you can learn from the best and still get paid for the deal. If you have previous experience, provide that during your interview.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in weekly training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
- Be active in company meetings and chats
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 17 years of age or older
- must be willing to go door to door. Solar experience is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone. iOS is preferred for work apps.
- Must be able to work off commissions only
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be consistent and dedicated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Capable meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Able to perform with minimal supervision
