Soliant is looking for an RN for Ventilation units at a great facility in Rochester, NY. Our ideal candidate would provide care to, 20 bed, adult population on vents and 5 Pediatric beds(both Ventilator and non-ventilator dependent pediatric patients) with a variety of medical/surgical diagnosis on different units. Work with multidisciplinary teams. They would demonstrate positive communication skills, flexibility, creativity and commitment to team work in this fast paced setting.
