Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for students
- Train and supervise staff and teachers on implementing behavior plans and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive behavior supports and interventions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress and behavior goals
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
- Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, and experience implementing behavior plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
