Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in the Cicero, Illinois area. This full-time position will involve providing behavioral support services to students in grades K-8 across multiple school buildings.
**Client Needs:**
Our client is seeking a BCBA to support their educational programs for the 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will work collaboratively with school staff and administrators to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with diverse needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
- Provide training and support to school staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized behavior support plans
- Conduct staff and parent training sessions on behavior management strategies and techniques
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school buildings as needed
**Schedule:**
- Elementary School Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Job Hours: 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM
