Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA programs for children in preschool and elementary school settings. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in preschool and elementary school settings
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing feedback and support
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, behavior analysis)
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
