A school near Newburyport, Massachusetts is searching for an experienced School Psychologist. As a School Psychologist you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensed through the State Board
- Active School Psychology State License
- Masters Degree or Doctoral Level Degree in School Psychology
About the Position:
- Full-time position
- Split between Elementary, Middle, and High school (3 locations)
- Start/End Date: 06/03/2024- 11/15/2024.
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed and collaborate with the crisis response team.
- Provide professional development for school staff on topics related to mental health, behavior management, and effective teaching strategies.
- Responsibilities: provide formal, comprehensive psycho-educational assessments. Expected to evaluate students and write psychological evaluation reports to determine eligibility for Special Ed. services.
