Billing and Time Reconciliation Clerk

In this position, you support field personnel and billing by assisting in daily timesheet preparation and review, reconciliation of daily time to customer/owner swipe systems and customer rates to ensure accuracy of internal job costing information. You will also assist in the maintenance of scaffold tag logs as well as review and submit daily rental agreements in the TRACK or other customer specific system. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Prepare and review daily field timesheets for union craftsperson.
• Generate labor, equipment, and scaffold reports through Sage 300 CRE.
• Reconcile hours paid to customer / owner swipe system and ensure accuracy of internal job cost information.
• Support field supervision as needed by maintaining scaffold tag logs and reviewing daily rental agreements for accuracy.
• Accurately allocate all labor and equipment costs in TRACK while monitoring the availability of funds remaining on corresponding customer purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit change order requests as necessary for TRACK customers.
• Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of Timberline cost records to TRACK and prepare internal invoicing.
• Monitor TRACK allocations for approval and follow up with customer representatives as needed.
• Prepare invoice packages and audit back up documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Perform thorough research and document job cost discrepancies using all available resources to identify the root cause and supply possible solutions or process improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed at Solid Platforms, Inc.:

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Construction or Manufacturing environment

· Union experience is preferred

· Experience in a field or jobsite environment preferred

· Proficient in personal computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

· TRACK experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
