As an energy consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and educating customers on our energy systems. This will involve conducting site visits to assess the energy needs and consumption patterns of homeowners, and providing them with customized recommendations for solar energy systems based on their specific needs and budget. You will also be responsible for following up with leads and closing contracts, as well as managing customer accounts and providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers on the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, renewable energy.
- Educate homeowners on Soligo’s products and services that would best meet their needs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and developments by attending meetings and trainings.
- Proactively manage all current and prospective customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete paperwork professionally and thoroughly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize.
- Successful history in contract negotiation preferred.
- Experience in the Solar Industry preferred.

Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
