Territory Manager Responsibilities:
- Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term profitability.
- Developing and executing evidence-based sales plans to meet these quotas.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current and target clients.
- Resolving clients' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Maintaining detailed records on key accounts.
- Conducting regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of Soligo customers’ needs and competitors' activities.
- Partaking in industry events to refine your skills and maintain mutually-beneficial business relationships.
Territory Manager Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a territory manager.
- A proven history of meeting sales targets and boosting profitability.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
- The ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
- A self-driven approach to work.
Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
