Solimon | Rodgers P.C. is setting the standard of excellence in the field of workers compensation and looking for a dynamic Associate Attorney to join our ever-growing team! Compassion for injured workers is pivotal. We are seeking someone who is relatable, dependable, and treats each of our clients with dignity as if they were your own family member.
Essential duties: cover depositions, WCAB hearings, review AME/QME reports to determine strategic next steps, and more.
Since you will be taking and defending all levels of depositions (witnesses, parties, experts) we are seeking someone who has a pleasant demeanor yet negotiates like a shark! Professional correspondence is a must.
The position will not require case law research or motion/memo writing. Prior experience is not necessary. We are looking for the right candidate who is willing to learn and make a difference.
Due to the current climate, most of our client appointments are by phone but we are seeking someone who is a master negotiator in and out of court/ depositions. Flexibility is key!
