Job Description:
Solo Printing is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. This is a sales role where individuals are responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s products and services, managing sales processes and contributing to the company’s growth.
OTE $60K plus uncapped commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Pursue and develop prospective clients via call lists, internet research, referrals, various professional directories, and personal investigation
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with current customers
- Leverage the sales process to manage opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work collaboratively with team members to execute deliverables, maximize profits and meet deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Participate in relevant job skill training
- Ability to travel
- Familiar with standard programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience in commercial printing is a plus but not required
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Salary Range: $60,000 Commission
