In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements.   Capture Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX Relocation is possible for an excellently qualified candidate   Job Summary / Purpose: The successful candidate will join a fast paced, dynamic business development team, facilitating, conducting and supporting business development and market strategy activities across SOI’s capability portfolio, building strong customer relationships with Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Federal, State and commercial customers and influencers, leading Solution One Industries capture efforts in established, new, and emerging markets working in and through a cross functional team, and serving as a business development thought leader to generate Compound Annual growth Rate (CAGR) in excess of 10%..  Day to day duties will entail building and executing a robust new business pipeline/bookings forecast; market and opportunity capture plans; development and implementation of customer contact/engagement plans, and effectively communicating with customers/decision makers at all levels; identifying and qualifying new opportunities in the Federal marketspace; positioning Solution One Industries to submit the winning offer; leading all aspects of offer development including strategy development and teaming; proposal management, writing, and editing; competitive and price to win analyses; color reviews; and frequent interaction with corporate leadership.  Essential Key Job Responsibilities: ·         Five years documented direct experience, marketing, identifying and successfully capturing Defense/Federal services opportunities in excess of $10M. ·         Documented training in proposal/capture from recognized provider, such as Shipley, SM&A, major contractor internal training programs. ·         Demonstrable record services portfolio/account management delivering bookings in excess of $25M/year. ·         Sales pipeline and strategic plan development and management. ·         Management/coordination of all aspects of capture/proposal development and submission. ·         Process oriented, and a master integrator and coordinator across disciplines. ·         Thorough understanding of DOD requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes ·         Demonstrated proficiency in market research, prospecting, pipeline development, capture execution, strategic planning. ·         Specific experience with DoD and other agencies, and industry at or delivering to Redstone Arsenal and SE United States. ·         Strong Project Management skillset and the ability to adjust quickly to competing priorities. ·         Strong business acumen, with proven ability in data analysis and interpretation, statistical application. ·         Outstanding consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups. ·         Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced environment. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics and analytical insights to executives and management. ·         Travel to customer locations and Corporate HQ, up to 25%. ·         Bachelors or Higher degree in pertinent field from accredited university. ·         Ability to maintain a security clearance; must be US Citizen.   Preferred Qualifications: ·         Program Management experience in services delivery to DOD customer ·         PMP or higher Program Management Institute-certification ·         CF APMP or higher Association of Proposal Management Professionals-certification ·         DAU-certification at Level 2 or higher in Program Management, Life Cycle Logistics, Contracting or Requirements Management ·         Current security clearance   Solution One is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
