About this Role:
Solutions Advisors is looking for a talented individual who is passionate about both digital marketing and providing the ultimate level of customer service to our clients. In this role as a Digital Account Manager, you will work in an agency-type setting and be responsible for managing our client portfolio as we strive to improve their digital presence.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing and customer service that provides a remarkable client experience. You will have a clear understanding of how digital tools add value to client strategies, performance and goals.
Ultimately, your success will be determined by the confidence and trust you establish with both our internal teams and external clients towards maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between our internal digital agency and the client
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact (both scheduled and unplanned)
- Participate in planning sessions with digital team members to develop digital strategies customized to each client
- Collaborate and assist with team members to present digital strategies to client
- Schedule and deliver monthly digital performance reports generated by digital marketing team
- Monitor performance to goals and accept responsibility for meeting stated goals
- Ensure individual projects and client requests are accurately communicated to internal digital marketing team, assign tasks to the appropriate team members and follow through to be sure projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget
- Advocate for the client to ensure that we’re not just checking off boxes in a task manager, but instead moving them forward and reaching their overall objectives
- Ability to learn and grow, stay on top of current digital marketing trends and focus on results
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Strong work ethic combined with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit
- Diplomatic, transparent and comfortable in dealing with all stakeholders including but not limited to clients, company principals and colleagues
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a combination of digital, agency and/or senior living marketing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience which can be a combination of account management and project management
- Strong working knowledge of social media, SEO and SEM
- High degree of focus on the details with ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work individually and on cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with familiarity of several project management systems and various CRM platforms
- Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills
- One or more certifications offered by Google a plus
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred). Will consider relevant equivalent experience
