Part-time Sales Representative

Solutions Tek is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Sales Representative position for outside sales. This position is responsible for selling Solutions Teks products and services to customers. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule working Monday to Thursday.

This is a commission only position.

Must be in area.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect development, sales calls, product demonstrations, proposal and bid preparation.
• Attend networking groups/ events to prosect leads
• Communicate Solutions Teks strategies and direction to key decision makers.
• Develop targeted account strategies to generate and grow business for assigned territory.
• Complete site assessments and produce product recommendations and replacement strategies as needed.
• Achieve sales quota for products and services.
• Demonstrate product knowledge expertise in assigned product areas.
• Conduct regular account reviews with customer base.
• Cross-sell customer base on all products and services.
• Deliver sales activity sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Manage service issues to resolution
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications:

• A two-year degree is preferred, but not required.
• HIPAA Knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Must be proficient in MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Must have excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• IT Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Be willing to learn and grow into a better salesman

This is a commission only position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 80 per week
