Role Overview
We are looking for:
- A Team Leader -Credit Analyst AMERICAS, the Credit Analyst is responsible to manage credit risk and define customer scoring and credit strategy.
- The Credit Analyst is the subject matter expert on customer credit, by mediating between business objectives, risk of default and Group Credit Policy.
- She/he works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.
- Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits.
- Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.
- Control payment terms application.
- Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.
- Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.
- Support complex collection cases.
- Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material dispute.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.
You will bring:
Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields- Possess at least 2 years of experience in credit management and/or finance
- Credit risk analysis experience
- Credit risk analysis skills
- SAP experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Continuous Improvement skills
- Customer-orientated with good level of problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Autonomous, well organized, persistent

- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $64,627 to $80,784 per year.
- Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
- Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
- 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations

Additional Information:
Language skills
- Good level of spoken and written skills in English
- Ability to speak Portuguese would be preferred
