Job Description:
As a Solar Pro, you'll be going to in-home pre-set appointments to explain the benefits of Clean Energy & use our Proprietary Sales Method to sell our products. We offer a unique value proposition that allows us to funnel homeowners into a "No-Brainer" decision, while positively impacting their wallets and homes. Our American Made products hold some of the longest warranties in the industry, paired with our custom $0 Down financing, our products do most of the selling themselves - your job will be to explain how it all works and to help the homeowner apply & take the next steps.
We offer the most competitive pay plan in the industry. Our Solar Pros make around $1,800 per week while our top reps make $4,100 per week. To date our Solar Pros team has earned over $18,000,000 in commissions in just 5 years.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations
- Meet minimum required sales targets for assigned consultant level
- Attend required trainings, company assigned appointments, and company events
- Manage project pipeline of activity from consultation to install
- Remain up-to-date on solar industry trends and best practicesRequirements:
- Source & Develop self generated leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy solutions is a plus
