Job Summary:
The Driver/Transportation is responsible for assuring dependable community-sponsored scheduled transportation is implemented appropriately and timely, with Resident safety the primary priority.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Lifestyle Director - date, time, type, locations, and directions. Transport Residents to and from activities / errands in safe, organized, and responsible fashion.
- Communicate with Residents at least 24 hours prior to departure to clarify times and route.
- Maintain company owned vehicles to keep them in safe, and efficient working order. Inform Lifestyle Director of any maintenance issues concerning the vehicles.
- Fuel vehicle as needed and provide gas receipts to the Lifestyle Director or appropriate Lifestyle staff for processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid State of Residence Driver’s License with safe driving record
- Experience in transportation, bus driving or shuttle driving preferred

Salary : $25,400 - $32,200
