Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with engineering-focused goals
- Oversee performance management to drive high performance and growth.
- Address issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy
- Identify training needs and professional development opportunities, implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Assist with employee compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, fostering a fair and consistent workplace
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Report HR data to management, providing decision support through HR metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, with managerial or leadership preferred
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong leadership skills to guide HR initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards, discretion in handling confidential information
- Adaptability to changing business needs and evolving HR trends
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software, SuccessFactors a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Willingness to go above and beyond to meet company goals, including travel as required
- Due to ITAR requirements and the nature of work performed within our facilities, sponsorship is not available
