Job Description
Missions:
- Responsible for growing sales and local market share for our Core & Connected Solutions (CS) ranges by specifying Somfy on residential projects sales and converting our quotation into confirmed orders
Activities:
- Market knowledge: By developing relationships with the key specifiers (property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants etc.) and regularly meeting them. By building, updating and maintaining a list of potential projects
- Specification: Promoting Somfy solution to the residential market, developing a segmented approach (vertical residential, horizontal residential, individual housing). Proposing and quoting the correctly designed solutions to specifiers
- System Integrators management: Developing and servicing SI across Thailand by supporting them with Core & CS products
- Project Sales: Develop and implement in-depth Project plans. Respond to stakeholders’ needs and enquiries, Manage pricing for projects that ensures competitiveness of offer while maintaining agreed overall gross margin. Ensure the successful conversion of specified projects into sales
- Reporting: Reporting of current project sales activity, trading activity, reporting market analysis and sales, Sales Force (CRM) implementation and use, following and driving KPIs defined (sales turnover growth, gross margin, success rate, pipeline)
- Personal development: Upskilling through participation in seminars and trainings appointed by company
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
- Education : Engineering / Business Background a minimum Bachelor degree or plus
- Number of Years in similar position: 5 years
- Foreign Language: Thai is a must, English is a must
- Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel, PPT, Salesforce.com
- Strong background in specification generation in the building industry
- An established network of relevant specification contacts
- Experience in negotiation techniques and collaboration with clients

Sectorial & Specific Project Background / Track Record Needed :
