What You Will Do :
Enter, track, follow up & expedite sales orders, quotes & sales leads
Counter and other sales / support duties as directed
Support the inside and outside sales teams
Promote add-on sales
Contribute to inventory and gross margin improvement opportunities
Promote Service Center sales programs, goals, and initiatives.
Identify and communicate inventory recommendations
Relationship building with Will Call customers
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring :
Customer service focused
Minimum 2 years’ experience and product knowledge in the electrical field
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent record keeping and time management skills
Computer literate in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Continuous phone and computer usage
Standing and Lifting (Up to 50lbs) in support of counter sales
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
Salary & Compensation :
- This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
- Pay is $18.56 / hour - $23.22 / hour, DOE.
