Key aspects of the role.
- Brand Ambassador - Represent the Soni brand and explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market.
- Pipeline Generation - Establish, maintain, and explore new business relationships with industry professionals across several verticals.
- Recruitment - Identify candidates using a variety of channels.
- Marketing - Develop brand recognition within the industry through superior client relationship management.
- Consulting - Leverage recruiting experience as a subject-matter expert to guide candidates through the full-hiring lifecycle.
- Management - Focus on ongoing system and process improvement by continually improving standard operating procedures.
- Collaboration - Align with Business Development teams & other divisions to drive marketing initiatives.
