What You Will Be Doing:
Sonin Beako LLC is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to be part of the executive team and work together to develop and implement the strategic plans and direction of the company. While having full responsibility for all areas within our plant (this GM position is located at facility in Queen City Texas), you will work to bring in new and innovative ideas to help lead the team to success! You will interface with all areas in the plant to implement and maintain advanced technical capabilities to attract new customers and increase the company’s revenue and profitability. Profitability of company will be a key performance indicator looked at quarterly and rewarded annually. The selected individual will be responsible for production, financial responsibility, and overall profit and loss.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Serves as a key member of the Leadership Team while directing financial goals, objectives, and budgets to ensure effective utilization of labor, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
- Oversees tactical day-to-day activities to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Analyze performance data, financial data, and activity reports to evaluate performance of the company and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
- Decision Making: Makes major operating, business, engineering, and operational decision to ensure plant is operating optimally.
- Develops and executes short- and long-term business plans and strategies designed to assure the growth of revenue, profit, and cash flow.
- Drives product development and growth; collaborates with Leadership Team to assess and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships in a positive and professional manner.
- Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among all departments
- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with military contracts
- Experience Managing Strategic Business to drive growth
Preferred Experience/Education:
- Wire harness manufacturing & assembly experience
- Plastic Vacuum Thermoforming experience
- A minimum of 5-years’ experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related experience.
- IPC 620 (latest revision)
- Must be able to pass NCIC Level III background check
- U.S. Citizenship status is required

- Cut and strip wire to specifications
- Crimp terminals to wire ends
- Insert pins in connectors
- Install and shrink insulation sleeving
- Install cable ties
- Assemble complex harnesses
- Perform mechanical assembly
- Train Cable Assembly employees
- Vacuum forming experience
- Plastic thermoformed fabrication knowledge
- Read, understand, and interpret drawings, bills of material, and other documentation
- Assign work to Cable Assembly employees
- Manage work to scheduling priorities
- Update production schedule as required
- Participate in scheduling and planning meetings
- Provide labor estimates
- Communicate with Customers
