Come join a growing finance team! The Compensation Analyst will work closely with leadership and report to the Senior Manager of FP&A. As the Compensation Analyst, you will take lead on the surgeon compensation calculation process, as well as related FP&A. The Compensation Analyst should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask and have excellent communications skills to bring together and bridge multiple team’s needs. Candidates must also be able to take initiative, perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and propose informed solutions to issues. You will partner with Surgeon Services and HR in ensuring surgeons are paid correctly each pay period. Additionally, this role will be involved in the design and implementation of surgeon compensation programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own bi-monthly surgeon compensation preparation, planning and analysis. Evaluate and refine surgeon compensation process as the business scales; develop and document compensation guidelines, identify KPIs to track against, and provide ongoing headcount and labor analysis.
· Calculate and track other surgeon compensation programs such as bonus and vacation pool.
· Participate in preparation of annual compensation budgeting process for surgeons.
· High-level communication across several different teams, and the primary point of contact for the calculation and delivery of surgeon payroll.
· Provide reporting and analysis around surgeon payouts, trends, performance tracking, etc.
· Model out different compensation options and provide expense analysis, and suggestive feedback.
· Serve as a partner on compensation issues, through data driven decision making and staying well-informed of industry best practices, benchmarks, and innovative compensation practices.
· Support the administration of programs in areas such as compliance, and recognition.
· Complete annual benchmarking and other relevant survey participation.
· Other adhoc analysis as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field.
· Demonstrated experience analyzing data across multiple platforms and differing data sources.
· Possess advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
· Previous experience in conducting independent analysis and forming conclusions.
· Demonstrated experience and ability in creating reports and disseminating information that meets the need of the targeted audience.
· Highest standards of accuracy; highly organized.
· Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to think creatively and critically, highly driven and self-motivated.
· Comfortable in working with last minute requests of significance including the pressure of multiple deadlines.
· Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
· Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
· Excellent planning and time management skills.
· Ability to prioritize multiple functions and responsibilities while producing desired results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
