What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Sonoco?
The Sonoco Augusta operation has an opening for a production worker.
The successful candidate must have a very good record in the areas of safety, work history, attendance, and housekeeping. Candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. The candidate must be willing to work o/t, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
responsible for safety efficiently assisting any area in the plant as instructed.
require operating small hand-type or less complicated equipment
inspecting and packing tubes
other essential duties as assigned
Preferred someone with fork truck driving experience
