Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in managing and maintaining client IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Implement and support cybersecurity measures.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve IT support processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- Reside in or near Tucson, Arizona, or willing to work remotely with occasional visits to Tucson.
