Client Advisor - Big West Region
SonoSim® is transforming medical care by helping advance ultrasound education and training. We are seeking a driven, highly motivated Client Advisor interested in developing new and existing markets in the Big West region of the United States. The Big West region includes Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming in the United States. It also contains the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
SonoSim® is a growing medical education software company. SonoSim has created the easiest way to learn and teach ultrasonography, the SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution, which overcomes longstanding barriers to ultrasound training and assessment.
Applicants for the Big West Client Advisor position can be based in Salt Lake City, Denver metro area, or Phoenix.
Responsibilities
• Understand how SonoSim helps advance ultrasound training across market segments
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue quotas
• Develop and maintain cutting-edge knowledge of SonoSim® ultrasound training products
• Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, markets, sales processes or customer groups
• Develop understanding of prospective client ultrasound training needs
• Deliver new sales by matching SonoSim applications to prospective client needs
• Support SonoSim integration and develop strong after-sale relationships
• Maximize account renewal potential and upsell opportunities with existing clients
• Understand the importance of and execute teamwork as part of a small sales team and dynamic organization
• Document prospecting, sales, and client relationships in SalesForce
• Attend national and regional medical meetings to meet prospective and existing clients
• Participate in biweekly and monthly virtual sales meetings and biannual live trainings
Key Qualifications
• Three to five years of software services or medical product capital sales experience
• A strong “hunter” mentality with documented record of sales success
• Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
• Prior ultrasound sales experience or clinical knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts to medical professionals
• Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently or with a team
• Strong organizational, planning, and pipeline management skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new concepts
• Established track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time and proven ability to manage a multi-state territory
• Ability to learn new product features and continuously build content knowledge
Education
• BS or BA degree, concentration in biology, life sciences, or business preferred
