Digital Marketing Manager

- Lead the development of content marketing planning and execution capabilities across web, online media, social, mobile, and email
- Support the development and execute a social media and email strategy that conveys a consistent brand voice, highlights differentiation and positions the Sonova US as an industry leader
- Serve as the in-house SME for digital content marketing including supporting group company content strategy, receiving necessary content approvals as well providing input for design, SEO, and relevant analytics
- Partner with Sonova US teams to develop campaign content in support goals and new product launches
- Manage day-to-day activities, organic and paid social campaigns, media budgets and collaborate with Central Services social media counterparts
- Support the execution of trade and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advertising campaigns
- Implement and execute an editorial calendar to create, manage and publish digital content that supports Sonova US teams
- Work cross-functionally to seek out interesting news from across the company that can be used for social media engagement as well as training internal teams to be brand advocates on digital channels
- Serve as resident social media expert, staying up-to-date on the latest and most effective B2B/B2C social media strategies to increase awareness of initiatives
- Drive holistic communication channel usage (email, social, trade, SMS, paid, etc.)
- Work in partnership with Central Services to measure and drive social media engagement for US group company
- Travel up to 5%
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
- 5 years background in content marketing
- 5 years social media marketing experience
- 3 years background in content marketing
- 3 years social media marketing experience
- Social media marketing certification(s) (i.e. Hootsuite) highly preferred
- Experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with creating and updating content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Expertise in Hootsuite and social channels Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Must be familiar with developing and executing compelling content, tailored for digital mediums
- Multitask and prioritize while working independent to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience with social media monitoring, listening and analytics tools
- Solid level of reporting sophistication to demonstrate campaign effectiveness in terms of prescribed KPI's
- Comfortable working with agile teams and managing requests with a results oriented attitude

Salary : $86,900 - $110,000
