Overview
We are looking for a bright, self-motivated, and passionate professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator!
This position will be essential in assisting the Clinical Recruiting Team with credentialing and other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have great organization skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel, and be a team-player.
Responsibilities
- Processing all new hire requests including sending offer letters and onboarding information
- Maintaining tracker for candidates-in-process
- Assisting candidates with onboarding paperwork and new hire process
- Assisting in CRM marketing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent admin/coordinating experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, sometimes including short or aggressive timelines
- Experience using the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, maybe some PowerPoint)
- iCIMS (ATS) Experience a plus
- CANVA and CRM experience a plus
