Position Overview:
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
SONSRAY is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including recruiting, leave administration, payroll and benefits. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual in Spanish, who can effectively manage HR operations across multiple states and locations.

Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite, ATS and HRIS systems

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Manages Employee Leave of Absences

Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements

Assist in administering benefits, employee performance programs as needed

Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company

3 years of HR work experience or equivalent work experience required

SHRM-CP a plus but not required

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred

Bilingual - Spanish and English preferred
