Responsibilities:- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
- Meet with distressed and/or motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash and identify any hidden or additional needs involved with the decision
- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task
- Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- Valid drivers license
