Sotel Systems currently has an opening for a Customer Care Specialist in St. Louis. Customer Care provides support to the Tech Support team in all areas of customer service by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond to customer service requests utilizing an inbound ticketing systems.
- Answers incoming calls for the sales/support ring group and provides assistance and/or transfers calls as appropriate
- Maintains updated communication with customers, sales staff, and other internal departments
- Generates quotations
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and to produce reports
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/TRAINING
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two-year college degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- One to two years order processing experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and resolution skills
- Data entry experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
