ROLE CREATIVE SPECIALIST
TEAM PERFORMANCE MARKETING
HOURS FULL TIME
LOCATION SANTA MONICA, LOS ANGELES
START DATE MARCH 14TH 2022
In the Performance Marketing team, we are responsible for curating the digital experience for the U.S. community and end user. SOUNDBOKS is a global company with headquarters in Denmark which means we, in the U.S., are a market team with many functions represented on a core team of 10. As such, you’ll be working with several different departments spanning from Creative, Paid Media, Brand Partnerships, Web, and Product.
As a Creative Specialist you’ll use graphic design and layout techniques to enhance the effectiveness of online content. Your job responsibilities will be mostly two-fold: improving or creating the layouts of omni-channel advertisements, which focus on aesthetics, marketing points as well as eye-catching graphics and copy. Additionally, you will work with post-production of video assets in our content pool, and if you’re interested get the occasional opportunity to shoot new content (both photo and video) to assist new efforts.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
You’ll create omni-channel advertising media for local audiences and verticals.
You’ll create/optimize our graphic design look and feel in-market.
You’ll edit video content for a variety of placements.
You’ll implement and localize global marketing campaigns in the US.
If you’re capable and interested in it, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the creation of new content for existing and new products.
In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
You have 1-3 years of experience of working with post-production and graphic design.
You have created assets to fit into Facebook and Google’s ad placement options - preferably for a company with a high e-commerce presence.
You’re intrigued by the thought of translating marketing concepts, USPs, and storytelling into both paid- and organic online media.
You’re the kind of person who loves to dabble within the whole Adobe suite. From after effects and premiere pro all the way to Photoshop - your passion is anything creative.
We know that you likely have a preference or higher degree of specialty in one domain, but we hope you’re a person who loves to learn and adapt to new needs.
Intrigued? At SOUNDBOKS you’ll find yourself a part of a community. We realize that growth is a process and we don’t expect you to go through it alone. Actually, we guarantee that you won’t have to. We work together in order to work smarter, we inspire each other to be better, and we never forget that every member of the team is responsible for our success.
So, if you’re tired of all of the noise in the job market, we’d love to hear from you. This may be the coolest job you ever have.
